Moog Vade/Moog Bhaji

This is my mom's recipe, which is liked by all the guests who visit us..
My husband likes this very much and frequently shows desire to eat this.

So here is the the simple recipe
Ingredients
1. 2 cups moog daal , water
2. half cup corriender
3. 4 green chilis (as per taste)
4. Ginger
5. turmeric and red chilli powder
6. Salt to taste.
7. Oil for deep frying.

Procedure:
1. Soak Moog daal for 3-4 hours in water (you can use the sprouted moog also- No need to soak this)
2. After 4 hours, grind this daal in mixer, removing most of the water along with remaining items
Keep this little bit coars.
3. Fry this like the pakoda's /Bhaji
4. Serve with Tomato ketchup.
